Carlotas already develops projects to different age groups in various formats, looking to work with institutions and collaborators that share our interest on human development and healthier relations.
CHILDREN AND TEENS
CHILDREN AND TEENS
The purpose of this conversation is to find a new spectrum of looking at yourself and others in a more generous and welcoming way.
In our activities, children and teens go through a process of 'deconstruction of perfection', creating a new meaning for what is "normal" and "labels". With that recognizing and understanding their emotions, becoming able to deal with them in themselves and with the other.
Carlotas approach for companies allows employees to experience and exercise a fresh look at diversity and bring empathy in a lighter yet effective way. The result is better conflict management, authenticity in relationships, trust, keen creativity, and more conversations filled with respect.
We develop customized projects in partnership with educational and cultural institutions or companies that are looking for a lighter, fun and effective way to extend the conversation about diversity, respect and also stimulate empathy as a path for social transformation.
Our Special Projects
Who is Diversity? It is Me? You? It is Us!
The stories of Carlotas' characters lead us on a journey to the imperfect and enchanted World of Carlotas. The productions are rich in visual messages that approach the concept of "being different" and the deconstruction of the perfect by asymmetric art. Also going around the subject of various points of view coexisting when we look at the same image. Readers identify with the narrative and the characters, creating a bond with reality and leading them to reflect on respect, full acceptance, and experiencing empathy.
